MACH & MACH offers a seamless return process for items in original, unworn condition with all security tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that high-glitter products and crystal-embellished footwear must be handled with care to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and dust bags, ensuring the protective film on the soles is intact and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of inspection.
